LOGIN

How can I open a trade account?

Visit this registration form and complete your details. You’ll receive an activation link shortly. Click it to set your password and start using your account.

My activation link has expired. What should I do?

Activation links expire after 24 hours. If yours has expired, email us at orders.solarshopAU@baywa-re.com to provide you a new activation link.

I'm having trouble logging in. How can I fix it?

If you’re unable to log into your account, please email us at orders.solarshopAU@baywa-re.com and we’ll help check and reset your login.

I'm already a customer. How can I create a login?

If you’re an existing customer, email us at orders.solarshopAU@baywa-re.com to request a webshop login. Once your account is verified, you’ll be able to access your account as well as view your past transactions.

Can I have multiple logins for my account?

Yes, a single company account can have multiple logins for different employees. Email us at orders.solarshopAU@baywa-re.com to request a new webshop login. Each email address can only be used for one login, so duplicates won’t work.

MY ACCOUNT

How can I change my billing address?

You cannot change your billing address via the webshop. Please contact our account department at ausy.accounts@gmail.com to request the change.

How do I change or remove my delivery address?

You can edit or remove your delivery addresses via the webshop by following these steps:

1. Log into your account and click on your account name located top-right corner.
2. Under Settings, select Address Book.
3. Click Edit or Remove on the relevant address card.

How do I change my email address?

To change your email address, follow these steps:

1. Log into your account and click your account name located top-right corner.
2. Under Settings, select Profile Information.
3. Click Change Address next to your current email address.
4. Enter your new email address twice and your current password. Click Send verification email to submit.
5. A new activation link will be sent to your new email address.
6. Click it to create password and you can log in with the new email address.

PAYMENT

What are the payment options?

Payment options depend on your agreed payment terms.

With a credit limit: You can pay for your order after the goods are delivered, in line with your agreed payment terms.

Without a credit limit: Payment must be made in advance with either credit card, or after placing your order in the webshop, our team will send you a proforma invoice. To help speed up delivery, please email your proof of payment to the team.

You can check your payment terms by logging into your account and navigating to: Account > Billing > Account Balance.

How can I apply for a credit limit?

You can apply for a credit limit by contacting our account department at ausy.accounts@baywa-re.com and we will get back to you with the next steps.

How can I increase my credit limit?

Please send an email to our account department at ausy.accounts@baywa-re.com to request a credit limit increase. If you're eligible, our team will guide you to the next steps.

How do I check my credit balance?

You can see your outstanding balance as well as available balance via the webshop by following these steps:
1. Log into your account and click your account name located top-right corner.
2. Under Billing, select Account Balance.

What happens when I exceed my credit limit?

You cannot exceed your credit limit and will be asked to pay some of your outstanding balance before we can fulfill your next purchase.

ORDER

How do I place an order?

To place an online order, you will need to have a login, then follow these steps:

1. Click on the products and click Add to cart or Backorder button if there's no stock.
2. Click on the cart icon located top-right corner, then click Checkout.
3. Follow the prompts and fill out your shipping details, then click Continue.
4. Select your payment method and enter your purchase reference, and click Continue.
5. Review all your details, click the tick box to confirm our T&C, then click Place order.

Once you placed your order, our team will review and send you a confirmation email with your SO number. We will also let you know when your order is shipped or ready for pickup.

How do I change my order?

Unfortunately, you cannot change your order via the webshop. Please contact us at orders.solarshopAU@baywa-re.com to request order changes.

How do I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at orders.solarshopAU@baywa-re.com with your SO number.

What is a wishlist and how does it work?

If you regularly purchase the same items, the wishlist is a convenient way to save time. It lets you store frequently ordered products and add them to your cart in one go, including your preferred quantities.

How do I add an item to a wishlist?

1. Log into your account.
2. Find and click on the relevant product.
3. On the product page, adjust the quantity if needed, then click Add to wishlist button.
4. Select an existing list or click Create a new list and give it a name.
5. Repeat these steps with other desired products.

How do I place an order using the wishlist feature?

1. Log into your account and click your account name located top-right corner.
2. Under Wishlist, select All my lists. or click on the relevant list directly.
3. Click on the tick box Select all or only chosen items.
4. Click Add items to cart and all selected items will be ready for check out.

How do I edit or remove items from my Wishlist?

1. Log into your account and click your account name located top-right corner.
2. Under Wishlist, select All my lists.
3. Click on the relevant list. (You can also remove a wishlist by clicking the arrow next to Edit list).
4. On the list, you'll be able to edit, move, or remove each items.

DELIVERY

What are the delivery options?

There are 3 ways to arrange the delivery of your orders:

1. BayWa r.e. to organise freight: We will take care of everything for you and you'll be able to see the shipping cost during check out.

2. Nominate my freight account: You will be asked to provide your account/booking information for your preferred courier and our team will book freight on your behalf once ready for collection. No addtional cost from our side.

3. Pick Up: There is no addional charge when you organise pickup for your order. We can provide weight and dimensions once your order is packed.

Can I choose the delivery date?

Yes, during checkout you can select your preferred delivery date. Please note that this is subject to product availability and current order volumes. While we’ll do our best to dispatch your order on your requested date, we cannot guarantee exact delivery.

How can I change delivery date of my order?

Please notify our team at orders.solarshopAU@baywa-re.com if you wish to change your delivery date of your order.

Do you ship to residential address?

We can organise freight to residential address except palleted items.

PRODUCTS

What is an On Request item?

On Request items are products we don't replenish but you can still place a backorder. For the lead time, please contact us at orders.solarshopAU@baywa-re.com and one of our team members will get back to you.

How do I know when an item will be restocked?

On the product page, upcoming stock will be displayed under Qty Restock if the item is being replenished. The quantity shown reflects the expected available stock. Please note that the estimated arrival date is subject to change.
