Returns & Refunds Policy

We’re committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring your order is accurate and arrives in perfect condition. If there’s an issue with your order, please review the policy below to see if you’re eligible for a return, replacement, or credit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you are a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law, you have rights that this policy does not limit.

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery or collection.
  • Any damage, defects, missing items, or incorrect items must be noted on the delivery receipt (for deliveries) or packing slip (for collections).
  • You must also provide photos (including serial numbers) of the issue within 24 hours of delivery or collection.

If the issue is confirmed (e.g. goods arrived damaged, incorrect, or did not meet guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law), we will:

  • Collect the affected goods, and
  • Repair, replace, or refund them at our cost.

Please ensure the goods are available for collection at the delivery address at the time we nominate.

Note: In some cases, refurbished goods or parts may be used for repairs. Goods damaged through neglect, misuse, normal wear and tear, or abnormal use are not eligible for return.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind, you may return goods within 5 business days of delivery/collection provided that:

  • The goods are unused, undamaged, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition (as determined by us).
  • The goods are not specially ordered non-stock items.

To arrange a return, you must:

  1. Notify us in writing, and
  2. Obtain a Return Authorisation from us before sending items back.

Returns without a Return Authorisation will not be accepted and may be sent back at your cost. If goods do not meet the above requirements, we may also return them to you at your cost.

Inspection & Credit Process

Once the returned item has been received and inspected:

We will notify you of the outcome within 7 business days

Approved returns will be credited, replaced, or refunded as appropriate

Items returned without authorisation or outside of the eligibility window may be returned to sender

Restocking Fee

For returns (including change of mind) or if an agreement is cancelled for your convenience, a reasonable restocking or handling fee may apply.

This fee will be clearly stated in your Return Authorisation.
