1.How It Works

👷 Refer another INSTALLER to join the ZYC NETWORK

🔋 The new installer completes a SIMPO 5000 installation with a total installed capacity of at least 50kWh

🎁 You receive 1 FREE Cabinet (Cabinet 6 Indoor or Cabinet 4 Outdoor)

2. Eligibility

Referrer

1.Must be an existing ZYC installer (registered on the Installer Portal).

2.Must not be from the same company or an affiliated company as the new installer.

New Installer

3.Must be a completely new installer who has not purchased or installed ZYC products before.

4.Must complete ZYC Installer Portal registration.

5.Must provide company name and contact details.

6.Must have a total installed system capacity of 50kWh or above.

3. Referral Reward (for Referrer)

A referral is considered successful when all of the following are completed:

1.Referrer submits complete information via the ZYC referral link.

2.New installer completes Installer Portal registration.

3.Referrer uploads the new installer’s ZYC 50kWh installation project photos.

Reward:

1.Once verified by ZYC, the referrer’s distributor is notified with the Reward Confirmation.

2.The distributor will include 1 cabinet in the referrer’s next shipment.

(Note: Only referrals of new installers are eligible. Multiple installations by the same company do not qualify.)

4. Tracking Process

Step 1 — Referral Submission (by Referrer)

The referrer submits via the ZYC referral link:

1.Referrer name + company

2.New installer name + company

3.Phone and email

4.Checkbox to confirm the referrer and new installer are not from the same company

5.ZYC installation project photos of the new installer totaling 50kWh (uploaded by referrer)

Step 2 — ZYC Verification (by ZYC)

ZYC verifies:

1.Submission is complete and valid (from referral link)

2.New installer has completed Portal registration

3.Submitted information matches Portal registration

4.Installation project photos are valid

Once verified, the referral moves to the reward process.

Step 3 — Reward Distribution

1.ZYC sends a Monthly Referral Reward List to the relevant distributor

2.Distributor includes the reward in the referrer’s next shipment

3.Distributor only executes according to the Reward List and does not verify eligibility
